We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a simple and straightforward return policy.
Initiating a Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to accept returns, provided that the product is at least half full and the return is initiated within 30 days of the initial purchase. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@shasbodybar.com to receive a return label. All returns must be received by us within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed to you. Unfortunately, we cannot authorize a full refund or send out another return label if the return is not received within this timeframe.
Return Policy Guidelines
We monitor return and refund activity to ensure our policies are respected. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we determine that our policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse shall be at our sole discretion and is not subject to appeal. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons or methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused due to abuse of our return policy. Additionally, any unauthorized returns or those that do not meet the return criteria will be disposed of.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss of orders delivered to a forwarding company. We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, and we recommend contacting them directly.

- Only products purchased on shasbodybar.com may be returned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.
- All return shipments are opened and inspected. Products that are nearly empty, tampered with, or filled with other substances are not refundable.
- Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for return—only complete sets.
- Items that have been damaged or lost due to personal usage—such as being dropped, stolen, spilled, or mishandled—are not refundable.
